After you have successfully placed your order, our customer services will contact you via phone call or email within 1-2 working days from the order date to propose a delivery date.
We seek customers’ understanding of this.
Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery on the pre-agreed date and time and that the delivery path and premise are free of obstacles, including any existing furniture items.
Our delivery man will not be responsible for the disposal of old goods unless agreed in advance. Dumping of furniture in common areas such as the lift lobby or corridors is a potential safety/fire hazard that could attract heavy fines from the authorities.
We provide disposal of bulky and worn-out furniture at affordable prices. There will be a disposal fee depending on type and size. You can send a picture of the item to out WhatsApp +65 8809 2664 and we will get back with a quote once received your message.
As such, we recommend you may contact your Town Council for free bulky disposal service. For private properties, you may contact your building/estate management for assistance. Town Council provides a FREE bulky item removal service for HDB residents in our Town. Each household may request up to three (3) bulky items to be disposed of per month with no charges. A fee will be chargeable by the Town Council for the removal of additional items.
Ecozy Furniture Gallery reserves the right to reject disposal items in any of the following situations:
- Item cannot fit into the lift or build on the wall.
- Item is infested with termites, bed bugs, or any other living organisms
- It is a last-minute request made during the date of delivery of your item
Delivery Before You Buy
To ensure that the furniture will work within your space or room and that it will be successfully delivered to your room or house. Don’t forget to consider any obstacles such as turning circles (stairwells), hallways, low ceilings, banisters, fixtures, and light fittings.
Measure the heights and widths of any hallways and door accesses, as well as the entry clearance.
For deliveries beyond Level 2 due to reasons such as no direct elevator & not able to fit into the lift, should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per item will apply. For more details on how the staircase delivery fees are charged, please contact us.
