1. Information About Us

1.1 www.ecozyfurnituregallery.com.sg is a site operated by Ecozy Furniture Gallery. We are registered in Singapore under the Business Registration Number 201718699W and with our registered office at 71 Woodlands Industrial Park E9, Wave 9, #01-05, Singapore 757048.

2. Service Availability

2.1 Our site is only intended for use by people residing, with businesses, and companies in Singapore (“the Serviced Country”). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country.

3. Your Status

3.1 By placing an order through our site or on the telephone, you warrant that:

3.1.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

3.1.2 You are a resident in the Serviced Country.

4. How the Contract is formed between You and Us

4.1 After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All telephone and on-line orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you either during our telephone conversation or email. The contract between us (“the Contract”) will only be formed when we acknowledge your order after confirming a delivery date with you.

4.2 All orders placed online will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days unless otherwise advised. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

4.3 You are obliged to make payment in FULL by the payment option you select when you check out your orders.

5. Price and Payment

5.1.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site will be NET price.

5.1.2 The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

5.1.3 We aim to provide all users a safe and secure platform to make their purchases. With that, we have collaborated with various payment service providers to process such payments in a fast, convenient, and secure manner.

5.2.1 We accept credit or debit card payment, Bank transfer, Paynow as payment methods online.

  • Credit/Debit Card

Card payments are processed through third-party providers, we currently support Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

  • Bank Transfer

Buyers can perform an ATM transfer or i-Banking transfer to our company bank accounts which are state on the checkout page.

  • PayNow

PayNow is a new service that enables customers of participating banks to send and receive Singapore Dollar funds from one bank to another, using just their mobile number, Singapore NRIC/FIN, or Company Unique Entity Number (UEN) instantly. PayNow is currently offered by 9 banks – Bank of China, Citibank Singapore Limited, DBS Bank/POSB, ICBC, HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and United Overseas Bank.

5.2.1 We accept Nets, Cash, PayNow or Credit Cards as payment methods in our physical store.

5.3 Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price or either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

5.4 We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price even after we have provided you with an email confirmation.

6. Warranty

6.1 Buyer able to submit the claim for warranty within the warranty period, buyers need to submit the detailed information to us by using email. (e.g. Invoice number, delivery date, item issues or defect, picture or video attached is needed) Our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.

6.2 Free gifts, DIY item (Do it yourself, install, or assembly by the customer) are no covered by our warranty.

6.3 There will be transport charges per service visit to each location within the warranty period unless the first week (5 days) after delivery. Transportation fees is not in our warranty, our warranty includes repair or replace services fee within the warranty period.

6.4 For mattress 10 years limited warranty, it covers box spring or foundation box, due to production or manufacturing defects only. The cost of any replacement or repair of mattress will be calculated by the total number of years owned multiplied by 1/10th of the prevailing list price, and transportation charges will be charged.

6.5 Sagging or body indentation of two inches or less over sleeping surface of the mattress, as well as wear and tear, are not covered under any warranty. Free or displayed or discounted mattresses have only a One-year limited warranty.

6.6 Due to the hygiene purpose, we will not accept any bed sheets, mattress, pillow, or bedding item that have been removed from their original packaging, used, washed, with traces of fragrance or odors. Items should be unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging fully intact.

6.7 We have the right to inspect the furniture concerned. Failure to provide access will void all warranty obligations. Warranty is voided if the item is transferred to another party; it only applied to the original purchaser and original delivery address.

6.8 We didn’t agree to use the standard leather care product on synthetic leather or smooth leather product, such leather polishes and cleaners may cause the item’s surface to crack or peel.

6.9 The warranty is not applicable to loose joints, and wear and tear. All leather products will have some minimal discoloration, scarring, and irregular thickness (resulting in non-linear stitching).

6.10 The warranty is not applicable if your furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.

6.11 The warranty is not applicable to damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.

7. Returns or Exchange

7.1.1 A claim by you that the item defect or damage shall be notified to us within 3 days from the date of delivery. It’s to ensure that buyers have enough time to check the condition of item. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such damage and you shall be accepting the item in accordance with the order fulfilled.

7.1.2 Kindly submit the detailed information to us by using email. (e.g. Invoice number, delivery date, item issues or defect, picture or video attached is needed) Our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.

7.1.3 A claim by you that the quantity of the Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within same day from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall and you shall be bound to pay the price as if the item had been delivered in accordance with the order.

7.2 We reserve the right to reject any requirement if the item in good condition or with an acceptable condition.

7.3 Transportation charges, administration fees, or restock charges apply depending on the item size, distance, and condition.

7.4 Customer are able to request for exchange within 3 days of the delivery date, such as exchange other equivalent items, size, or model. Items returned should be unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging fully intact. Transportation charges apply ranging from $50 to $200 depending on the item size, distance, and condition.

7.4 We reserve the right to accept or reject the exchange request if the item not in the original packaging, resale condition or any concern incurred.

7.5 Buyers are able to exchange for other items with the same or higher price with top ups. Transportation charges may apply ranging from $50 to $200 depending on the item size, distance, and condition. The transportation charges will not be included in the exchange amount.

8. Refunds

8.1 When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the contract between us, or have notified us that you do not agree to any change in these Terms and Conditions or in any of our Policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective, or you are not satisfied with the Product), we will examine the returned Product. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the Product following our examination, we will either replace the item (if returned owing to a defect) or provide you with a refund. If you have requested a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay. We will process the refund as soon as possible. Refund amount will not include the amount of discount, promotion, or coupon that you did not pay for.

8.2 Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded after delivery costs have been deducted. The cost of return transportation is at your expense.

8.3 Refund via Bank Transfer and Paynow
Please allow 5 -7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.

8.4 Refund via Credit or Debit Card
Please allow 14 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. However, it can take up to 30-60 days depending on the card company involved. Please note that any refund request via Credit or Debit Card will include a 2.8% transaction fee + $0.30 per transaction.

9. Our Liability

9.1 We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality.

9.2 Our liability in connection with any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product.

9.3 Unless otherwise stated, all product warranty will be covered by the respective brand owner.

10. Severability

10.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions, and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Entire Agreement

11.1 These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding, or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

11.2 We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other and that nothing may be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

11.3 Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Terms and Conditions.

11.4 We each acknowledge that once a Contract is formed, neither of us shall make any false or untrue statement of either party on social media, physically or verbally.

12. Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions

12.1 We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

12.2 You will be subject to the Policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions before we provide you with the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

13. Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
